Do I pay taxes on my order?

The Price you See is the Price you Pay, as We Pay the Taxes, Everyday!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the order is received and paid in full, the order will be picked and shipped next day.

What happens if something I like is out of stock? 

We do our Best to have unique items. There are limited quantities of certain items. When they are gone, they are gone! Some items we will re-stock and can re-order

What is the return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy from the date you receive the items ordered. Send a copy of your receipt along with the items. You are responsible for shipping and insuring the items you are returning. Once the items are received and reviewed we will then e transfer you return payment.  Please Contact Us.

Do you store my credit card information?

We do not save any credit card or personal information. You will have to re-enter all information. We do use Square to process your transactions and Square does save your information, but we do not have access to it.

Do you have a catalogue? is an online catalogue only, or you can visit us at one of the many shows we do at the local Retirement Homes.

Is there a Warranty?

Our warranty offers customers a full exchange for any manufacturers defects found within the first 30 days after purchase. We take great care to ensure the quality before we ship you the product, but honestly, we aren’t perfect.

Is shipping included in the price?

No. However, we do offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $100.00 before tax, whether retail or wholesale. Contact us for a quote on large volume orders where weight or volume become excessive. We will work with you to make us both happy!
